Who we are

We have a programme of Yoga Moves to offer your schools as part of after schools activities. Our teachers are fully trained Dance Artists with Yoga Teacher Training who are ready to deliver the programme for you the children will be involved in movement and yoga and will be working towards understanding yogic principles and postures with creative movement and dance techniques. Some key words from the children so far "Happy, Calm ,Fun ,Relaxing."
