Who we are
Imaginarium Theatre are a community company based in Prescot, Merseyside. Imaginarium Theatre is an Associate Company of the Shakespeare North Playhouse (SNP), and a Royal Shakespeare Company Open Stages partnership organisation. We specialise in outdoor theatre and also have our new venue green and white striped big top tent - the Imaginarium Roundhouse, where we host performances, workshops and events.
What we do
We have a thriving youth theatre, a successful Arts Award programme and we offer bespoke workshops to schools. We have holiday and saturday arts clubs. Our spectacular outdoor productions of Shakespeare plays and literary classics tour annually to parks, community gardens and great halls across the North West. We run storytelling events for children and families and have a very special relationship with Father Christmas who offers storytelling shows to schools on our behalf.
