Who we are

Gorse Hill Studios (GHS) is an independently-run charity, established in 2015 and gaining charitable status in 2017 after previously being part of Trafford MBC for 16 years. We deliver services from a thriving youth arts centre based in the North of Trafford as well as outreach settings with specific contracts with key Local Authorities, Schools and Commissioning Groups, as well as working in partnership with several youth organisations.

What we do

Gorse Hill Studios help young people between the ages of 8 and 25, providing services to over 200 young people each week. The issues facing young people from Trafford who access our support range from deprivation to unemployment, with figures above the national average (see statistics in Why do you want to do this work).
