Who we are

Crafters & Makers is business owned by costume maker and creative facilitator Jane Gordon. We are based in The Parade, Hoylake Community Centre. Crafters & Makers is also home to Re-Craftery, a joint initiative up-cycling fabric otherwise destined for landfill

What we do

Crafters & Makers is a working studio and teaching space where you can learn to sew and share a love of craft, making and sewing. Jane is a highly skilled creative facilitator with more than 20 years experience in delivering creative making projects in schools, community settings, theatres and museums. Example workshops include silk screen printing, paper making, puppets, printing, sewing and environmental fashion. We have a developing library of craft and making resources.
