What we do

Circus and aerial arts workshops. Our sessions are split into three areas: Creative workshops looking at performances, creating beautiful shapes and photos or working on choreography. Fitness workshops aiming to give participants a workout while being creative . Wellbeing workshops aiming to allow participants to explore and try something new, work on team building and have fun with no planned outcomes.
